Shipping, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Processing Times
· Every order requires processing. In addition to shipping times, expect a minimum 3-5 business day processing time.
Shipping Options
- Customer Pickup is available at 255 Air Tool Dr #2164, Southern Pines, NC 28387. If the shipping address zip code is between 27242 and 28394, order pick-up is available at the CC main office and warehouse. If you select customer pickup as your shipping option, please wait for an email stating your order is ready for pickup before driving to the CC office.
- Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. This shipping method requires a mailing address (street or post office box). Priority Mail does not qualify for free shipping unless the package is shipping to a military base or diplomatic location. With Priority Mail via the US Postal Service, expect 3-5 business days for shipping in addition to the standard order processing time.
- 3-5 Day Shipping. With this shipping option, expect 3-5 business days for shipping in addition to the standard order processing time for domestic addresses. The shipping rate charged will be the actual rate from the carrier, based on the distance from our warehouse in Southern Pines, NC, and the weight of the order.
- 5-8 Day Shipping. With this shipping option, expect 5–8 business days for shipping in addition to the standard order processing time for domestic addresses. The rate charged will be the actual rate from the carrier, based on the distance from our warehouse in Southern Pines, NC, and the weight of the order. 5-8 Day Shipping is FREE for online orders totaling $200 of shippable items.[3][4] Free shipping may only apply when 5-8 Day Shipping is chosen and the product order is $200 or more, excluding IEW products, or a free shipping coupon code or sale is applied.
- UPS Overnight and Second Day Air Shipping. Overnight orders are expected at your designation one day after the order leaves our warehouse. Second-Day Air orders are expected to arrive two days after they leave our warehouse. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday in the calculation of "two days" or "overnight," nor do they consider the day it leaves our warehouse as a traveling day for Second Day Air. Choosing UPS Second Day Air or Overnight Shipping does not guarantee the order will go to the Shipping Department the same day it is placed. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET will be processed the same day, and orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day.
International Shipping Policy
All international orders will be put on hold by Order Processing for one business day before releasing for processing and shipment.
Once the order has left the warehouse, any cancellation or return shipping costs for the following reasons are the responsibility of the customer:
- Customer has changed their mind for personal reasons
- Customer cancels due to their country’s customs fees/taxes
- Product is put on sale, reduced in cost, or free shipping becomes available
- Any other reason that we do not have control over

If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact Customer Care within 90 days to determine next steps.
Back Orders
While back orders are rare, should one or more of the items in your order be out of stock, we will ship the back orders within ten business days of those products arriving in our warehouse. Classical Conversations branded products on back order will ship via the original method chosen by the customer. If you have a Classical Conversations branded product and a vendor product on backorder, and they can be shipped together, we will use the original shipping method chosen by the customer. Back orders are not offered for international orders.
Our Return Policy
Returns of approved Classical Conversations products may be made within 90 days of purchase for a full refund plus any applicable sales tax. Books and merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and unmarked condition. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Downloadable items such as MP3s, PDFs, e-Books, and iTunes apps.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, and tin whistles
- Products marked close-out, clearance, discontinued, or "While Supplies Last" (no refunds or exchanges issued)
- Missing or partial items from combos or sets
Returning Products
All returns will need a Return Authorization Number to process.

A representative will send return instructions and a Return Information Form to include in your package. Please follow the instructions from Customer Care to ensure a successful return.
Group Orders & Discounts
If you return an item from a group order, please include the name of the person who placed the order in the Return Information Form notes section. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser of the order.
If your order qualified for a discount, refunds would reflect the discounted purchase price of the items(s) on the order.
Damaged & Defective Products
We do our best to ensure all our packages and materials arrive in good condition. Despite our best efforts, sometimes materials can arrive damaged or defective. Upon receiving them, we recommend you review your packages and materials and email Customer Care at customercare@classicalconversations.com within 90 days of your purchase if your items are damaged or defective.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after it is placed. However, to keep our order processing streamlined, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. Our warehouse processes orders and ships them to you as quickly as possible.
During our business hours, you may contact us by e-mail at customerservice@classicalconversations.com (receives higher priority) or by phone at 910-684-5665. If we are unable to cancel your order, please use our return instructions to return any unwanted items (exclusions and restrictions may apply).
Order Modification Policy
We cannot adjust orders once they are submitted for processing to provide the quickest service. Please double-check your order for the correct quantity, items, mailing address, and contact information before submitting it. Please email Customer Care
at customerservice@classicalconversations.com and include the name and order number of the order.
Damaged, Lost, or Returned to Sender Packages
Occasionally packages do not arrive to their intended destination as planned. Customer Care will assist as able.
Damaged Customer Returns: We will contact you via email or phone to let you know the condition in which we received the package and discuss return or refund options. If your package is insured, please let us know so we can provide information for a claim.
Lost Returns: We recommend contacting the shipping provider that sent the package to us.
Returned to Sender: Should your package come back to us Return to Sender, we will need to collect postage due fees before we can reship the package. If you no longer need the package, these fees will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
Return Process Time
Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-2 weeks to enter and process your return refunds. During July through October, please allow ample processing time. You will receive an email once your return is processed and your refund credit is complete.

If your original order received a quantity or shipping discount and the return amount reduces the total order amount below the discount thresholds, the appropriate shipping costs and/or discount will be deducted from your refund.
[1] IEW products and Gift Certificates are not considered in the order accumulation to reach a subtotal of $250.00, nor are they eligible for the 10% discount on orders over $250.00. IEW products are not considered in the accumulation of the order to reach special sale campaigns.
[2] Address must be an APO, DPO or FPO address to qualify for free Priority Mail Shipping to a military base or diplomatic location.
[3] PDF downloads, gift certificates, and other non-shippable items do not apply toward the $200 order for free shipping.
[4] Free shipping discounts do not apply to international. For these areas, shipping rates will be calculated and charged to the order.
[5] Free shipping for Classical Conversations members applies to orders with a total of $50 or more after all applicable discounts, including the 15% discount on CCMM products for members.
