General Description

Classical Conversations endorses Saxon math as a complete K-12 Curriculum. No curriculum is ever perfect, but Saxon has the history and statistics to prove that it can take a home schooled student through Algebra II and even beyond without the guidance of an expert math teacher.

Saxon’s Algebra 1 course is made up of five instructional components: Introduction of the New Increment, Examples with Complete Solutions, Practice of the Increment, Daily Problem Sets, and Cumulative Tests. Algebra 1 covers topics typically treated in a first-year algebra course. This kit includes two books: 1) a student textbook with 120 lessons and 2) a homeschool packet including tests and answers to tests, lessons practice questions, and problem sets; and test forms.

Please note: The Solutions Manual is sold separately from the Homeschool Kit. Although the Homeschool Packet contains all of the answers, the Solutions Manual contains the answers as well as solution details for each problem.
