 General Description

In Classical Conversations, students have a unique opportunity to practice forensic oratory through a mock trial. We live in a country that highly values justice and the proper functions of the judicial system. Mock Trial prepares students to understand our judicial system and to seek truth in forensic arguments. This booklet includes the case, reports, and information for Mock Trial.

In the 2016–2017 school year, students use Case #2: Parker v. Calhoun.
